The next activity that you can do while you are in Malacca is experiencing an awesome night at Jonker Street. So what is Jonker Walk/Jonker Street?

Jonker Street is the center street of Chinatown in Malacca. It was once renowned for its antique shops. However, over the years it has turned to clothing and crafts outlets as well as restaurants. The best part of Jonker Street is the night market on Fridays and Saturdays that sells everything from tasty treats to cheap keepsakes.

There are so many beautiful crafts and clothing that can be bought as souvenirs for family and friends. The best part of this activity is - ITS FREE! You don't have to pay any entrance fees to enter the Jonker Walk except for your parking ticket. You can park your car nearby the area and it is only cost you for about RM3-RM5.

Then... You just need to bring yourself and enjoy the walk! You will feel the excitement through your walks because there are lots and lotsss of beautiful and amazing crafts that you can buy. So.. Spend your money wisely okay peeps! :)

P/S: Since there will be lots of people there, make sure you hold your beloved one's hand tightly. If not, you might lose them in the crowd of people.

At the end of the corner of Jonker Walk, there is a stage that popular with different activities at night. This picture was taken when there was a singing event. An old lady sang quite old Chinese song which is quite rare and unique. Interestingly, there were lots of older people watch this performance!
